Tom and I took a buggy ride up the beach northwards from Jeri - there is a vast expanse of almost totally deserted beach which stretches for miles. In places you can see where patches of trees have been cut down allowing the sea to encroach further.and you come across occasional shrimp (prawn) fishermen.
